New wood look garage door panel can bring fresh vision enjoyment for you.

1.double layer color coating plate: the face and back of door panel adopt the same color coating plate

2.steel ending cap at both ends can be dismantled easily. It is convenient for panel cutting.

3.reinforcement: the steel reinforcement pads are embedded in the door panel where the fixed hinge and roller bearing bracket to ensure the enough intensity of the door and more fastness of the connection. At present, our new production line can produce the panel with throughout inside reinforcement from one end to the other end, which makes our door much stronger and solves cutting door problem rised by some wholesaler.

5.Outside strut: when the door width is over 4850mm, it should be configured with outside strut to ensure the enough intensity of the door.

6.New type hinge can efficiently decrease moving noise. ( the hinges are closed by the side cover)

The new hinge is made of aluminium alloy and plastic mute belt.

It is suitable for the rollers of 11mm pole diameter.

The hinges are from number 1 to number 5 ( you can distinguish them by the number of stripes on the hinges), they can be used on the door panels which have the similar panel edge structure with ours.

7.Special track design: we develop our tracks by cutting from the middle of the arc. The malposition problem of track installation won’t happen again and the hardware package will be much smaller. It will be much easier for deliver by our door distributors.

The widest door panel we can supply is 6500mm.

The heights of the single door panel made by our new automatic line are 435mm, 485mm and 535mm, please note it.
